How to Cook Korean-style chinese food mapo tofu(mapadubu:마파두부)
Ingredients
- 1 tofu 두부1모
- Purchased Pork Minced Meat 150g 돼지고기 다짐육 150g
- 1/2 Onion 양파 반개 1
- green onion 대파 조금
- 2 cups of water 물 2컵
- Sesame Oil 0.5TS 참기름 0.5TS
- Recommended oil purchase appropriate amount
- [starchy water] Starch Powder 2TS ,1/3 cup of water
- [seasoning]
- 1/4 cup soy sauce 간장 4분의 1컵
- red pepper powder 3 TS 고추가루 3 숟가락
- Red pepper paste 0.5 TS 고추장 반 숟가락
- soybean paste 1TS 된장 1숟가락
- Sugar 1TS 설탕 1 숟가락
- minced garlic 2TS 다진마늘 2 숟가락
- 1.chop the green onion 대파는 잘게 다진다

2.Chop the onion into small pieces 양파도 잘게 다진다.

- 3.Drain the tofu and cut into 1.5cm squares.
- 두부는 물기를 제거하고 사방 1.5cm 크기로 썰어둔다

- 4.Mix all seasoning ingredients 양념재료를 모두 섞어둔다

- 5. Add cooking oil to a heated pan, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant
- 달군 팬에 식용유를 두르고 다진 대파를 넣어 볶아 향을 낸다.

- 6. Add the chopped onion and stir-fry together. Add the pork and stir-fry until almost cooked.
- 다진 양파를 넣어 같이 볶다 돼지고기를 넣고 거의 다 익을 때까지 볶는다

- 7. Add 2 cups of water, boil, add seasoning, add tofu and boil.
- 물 2컵을 넣고 끓인 뒤 양념을 풀어 넣고 두부를 넣어 바글바글 끓인다

- 8. When the soup boils down, add starch water and mix well. Add sesame oil and mix again to finish.
- 국물이 졸아들면 녹말물을 넣어 잘 섞고 참기름을 넣어 한번 더 섞어 마무리 한다
