How To Return A Product:
If you wish to return items by personal preference (including size and color), Please contact GASINA via Support Center or email (ty4seller@gmail.com) within 3 days.
And please send the product within 7 days after the return request.
1. Order number and the Item Name should be mentioned while requesting a return.
2. Please note that Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee (international).
3. Your return will not be processed if you just send the items back without request your return beforehand via email or board.
4. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, bra, swim products, socks, stockings, cosmetics, glasses, etc.
5. Your return will not be processed if the tags/labels of the items are damaged or if there are traces that you have used already. (It applies to the defective items as well.)
6. When returning the items, all the components including wrappings should be included.
Refund:
Refunds will be made after we receive and check with the returning items.
1. Please note that when you return products that make the order does not reach the price standard for free shipping, we will deduct the international shipping fee.
(The policy apply in partial sold-out order and whole order return as well)
2. The price shown on your order page is the price without applying a discount code, If you have used a discount, the refund will be deducted as the discount price.
3. If your return makes the order less than the standard of using GASINA Credits, the refund be deducted the used credits and the credits will be returned to your GASINA account.
How long will it take to get my package?
In transit times will vary depending on location and the carrier method selected. You can expect delivery between 7-10 working days.
